CDCM61004RHBR/2801 Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 32 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An upper frequency limit of 683.27MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. Clock generator ic works with 3V~3.6V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. CDCM61004 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. PLL is designed with 32 pins. Time clock generator is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 4 signal outputs.
