It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 14 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 230MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel.
