Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 14 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator.
