As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 230MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 1.7V~1.9V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
