CDCE913PWRG4 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 14 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 230MHz is available. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as there are 1.7V~1.9V 2.3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
