CDCE913PW Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 14 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 230MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. As long as you provide 1.7V~1.9V 2.3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. It has been classified as a Spread Spectrum Clock Driver electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor.
