The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
