As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input.
