This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. There is a maximum frequency of 300MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
