The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. In this case, Differential or Single-Ended is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as there are 1.71V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~105°C TA should be set. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS logic levels.
