CDC950DGGR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 48 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, HSCL logic. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer component. In this IC, a 48-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. CDC950 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. A 48 pin is available on the clock PLL. This time clock generator can handle a voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Generators. Clock PLL is facilitated with 12 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. At 133MHz, frequency synthesizer achieves high efficiency. I have designed a frequency synthesizer that has 2 elements and a low amount of jitter.
