As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
