CDC857-3DGG Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. In this case, LVTTL, SSTL-2 is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 2.7V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 2.3V. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of SSTL-2 logic. Using a frequency of 167MHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies.
