CDC7005ZVAR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 64-BGA package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied.
