CDC7005ZVAR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 64-BGA package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. LVCMOS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part.
