CDC7005RGZR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 48 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVPECL. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 800MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V for normal operation. Clock generator ic works with 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
