The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 250MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel.
