As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 212.5MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V~3.6V.
