It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 125MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. There are several logic levels in LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
