As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input.
