A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. As part of the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 48 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL as its input.
