CDC2509BPWR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Cut Tape (CT) package is used. The 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V.
