In the SOICpackage, it is supplied. There are 16terminations used for configuring it. With a supply voltage of 5V volts, it is possible to run it in a fully flexible manner. It emerges as a member of ACT family. There are 4bits of information contained in the device. When it comes to this electronic device, TCO OUTPUT are much important features. A temperature grade of INDUSTRIALis specified for this device. Supply voltages can be as low as 4.5V volts (Vsup). A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is available up to 5.5V. BINARY COUNTER is the logic IC type it uses. As a general rule, the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. It is common practice to set the minimum operating temperature to -40°C.
