CD74ACT139M Overview
Due to the fact that it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), digital switch allows the board to be compacted.It is packaged in the way of Tube.The method digital switch ic adopts for mounting is Surface Mount.The analog IC in the multiplexers is identified as Decoder/Demultiplexer.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at -55°C~125°C.When digital controlled switch operates at 4.5V~5.5V, designers have superior flexibility.In addition to being a member of the 74ACT series, these multiplexers have a wide range of applications.Its basic configuration includes terminations in the 16 range.The multiplexer's system is powered by 5V volts.A conductor terminates at GULL WING.The logic switch is a member of the ACT family.In order to prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimal supply voltage (Vsup) be kept at 4.5V.It is advisable to keep the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) at 5.5V in order to prevent some unnecessary failures.
