CD4051BMT Overview

In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 20V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. There should be 3V voltage fed to the electrical part below 3V. The switch device would be able to operate with 80nA current. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 9V. You should attach at least 2.5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. Integrated with SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic. It can operate from 18V operating voltages. Operating the 8 inputs requires 8 inputs. A 20MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer.
