On the board, there is also a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package that saves space.As far as RF transceiver's mounting is concerned, Surface Mount is adopted.It emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability is achieved using advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).On this transceiver RF circuit board, there are 32 pins.Try searching with CC1310 to find transceiver variants.The transceiver is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis.The RF transceiver comes from the well-known SimpleLink? series.As a result, RF transceiver operates in accordance wRF transceiverh the frequency of 300MHz~930MHz.
