Digital switch is provided in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) for the purpose of saving board space.As a result, it is packaged in a way that is referred to as Tape & Reel (TR).In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the method of Surface Mount.The analog IC in the multiplexers is identified as Bus Switch.By keeping the operating temperature at -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.With a supply voltage of 4V~5.5V, designers have greater flexibility of digital controlled switch.The multiplexers can be used for a wide range of applications since they are members of 74CBT series.There are 48 terminations included in its basic configuration.The base part number is 74CBT6820, so you can find its logic switch related parts using that number.For multiplexer's system, 5V voltage is supplied.There are 48 component pins in this turn signal switch.It employs GULL WING as the point at which conductors come to an end.The CBT/FST/QS/5C/B family includes the logic switch.In this signal multiplexer, there are 10 bits provided.To prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) remain at 4V.It is advisable that the maximal supply voltage (Vsup) remains at 5.5V to avoid some unnecessary failures.The system operates with a resistance of 2.In addition, AVAILABLE ONLY IN NORTH AMERICA exhibits improved characteristics.
