CA3140MZ Overview
There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tube case. The number of terminations approaches 8. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins.
