This device supports on-state current maximally powered by 500000A.For a device to function normally, it is important that the RMS on-state current remains below 510.25A.This device's repetitive peak off-state voltage is 600V, which is the maximum peak voltage allowed across the device.There can be a maximum leakage current of 45mA when insulation is effective on conductors, which indicates the effectiveness of insulation.Devices with DC gate trigger current-Max of 300mA are switched between blocked (Off) and unblocked states by gate trigger current.
