BTS7810KNTMA1 Overview
In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the TO-263-18 (15 Leads + 3 Tabs) package.Based on 1.8V~42V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in DC Motors, General Purpose as well.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Status Flag.Transmission lines are terminated with 15 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 18 pins are used as pronged contacts.Its base H bridge ic number, BTS7810, can be used to locate other H bridge ics that are related.The H-bridge is an electronic H-bridge of the TrilithIC? series.When the ambient temperature reaches 42A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.Through the output and power supply pins, a current of 5mA is flowing.The 4 pins work together to provide this bridge driver with the functionality it requires.4 outputs are provided.
