In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 6V~40V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC Motors, General Purpose.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.Full bridge also has a number of specific characteristics, including Latch Function, Slew Rate Controlled, Status Flag.A transmission line can be terminated at a 7 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.An interface using 7 pins is used to provide pronged contact.This H bridge operates with a voltage of 13.5V.This is an electronic H-bridge of the NovalithIC? series.The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 117A.A bridge driver's 4 pins work together in order to perform its specific functions.It is equipped with outputs in the form of 1.The operating supply voltage is maintained at 40V in order to ensure high efficiency.As an additional option, SEATED HGT-NOM; SEATED HGT-CALCULATED can be provided.
