The 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is suitable for battery instrument. This power IC uses an analog IC called POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. As of right 4w, there are 4 channels available. Currently, there are 8 pins on it. The case is labeled Tape & Reel (TR). Mount this electronic part using Surface Mount. There is a space in between this electrical part and Surface Mount. It is capable of delivering the Battery Protection functions. It is best for the electric part to operate temperature at the range of -40°C~110°C TA to deliver its performance. A battery chemistry of Lithium-Ion is used in this electronic part. This battery management IC should always be set to 14.4V. This is a family based on BQ294708. A voltage greater than 3V (Vsup) must be required for a power supply. Supply current (Isup) must not exceed 0.002mA. For this smart tools battery, the operating supply voltage is specified as being in the range of 20V. This power management IC can supply a maximum current of 14mA.
