BM6203FS-E2 Overview
In order to package H bridge, Cut Tape (CT) is used.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 54-SOP (0.449, 11.40mm Width), 23 Leads package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 13.5V~16.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.-20°C~125°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.23 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedances.Signal interfaces use 23 pins as pronged contacts.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 310V.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 4A when the ambient temperature is specified.Through the pins of the power supply and output, there is a current of 2.5A.It is equipped with 1 outputs.600V is the voltage released by the Hbridge.
