To package H bridge, use Cut Tape (CT).As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 28-SOP (0.449, 11.40mm Width), 23 Leads package.Based on 13.5V~16.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.A normal operation of -20°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including AC Motors.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag is another of full bridges specific characteristics.A transmission line can be terminated at a 23 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.As H bridge ic of the signal interface, 23 pins are used as pronged contacts.With a supply voltage of 310V, H bridge circuit operates.H bridge circuit contains an analog IC type BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 2.5A when the ambient temperature is specified.There is 1.5A current flowing through the output and power supply pins.It is equipped with 1 outputs.600V represents the voltage released by the Hbridge.
