A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube represents the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Its configuration starts with 16 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number AUIRS2191S.With a supply voltage of 15V, it is designed to operate.A boot strap voltage of 600V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.This gate driver is included into Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
