ATSAMD20G16B-MN Overview
To save space, it is included in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. Package Tray contains it. The device runs in ARM? Cortex?-M0+ core processor. Work should be done at -40°C~105°C TA. Its type of program memory is FLASH. There are 38 I/Os on it, which makes it a very simple device.
