For the purpose of saving space, it is available in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. Surface Mount is used for mounting. It comes in the package?of a Tape & Reel (TR). The device runs in ARM? Cortex?-M0+ core processor. Working at -40°C~105°C TA temperature is recommended.
