The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 289-LFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Tray. This microprocessor features EBI, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, SSC, UART, USART interfaces to better serve its users. 1.2V 1.8V 3.3V is the I/O speed of this CPU. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Using ATSAMA5D41 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. In total, there are 289 terminations.
