ATSAMA5D33A-CUR Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 324-LFBGA. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 32-Bit. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. It comes from the SAMA5D3 series. ARM? Cortex?-A5 processors are embedded in this CPU. LPDDR, LPDDR2, DDR2 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has I2C, SPI, SSC, USART interfaces to serve you better. In this CPU, I/O is set to 1.2V 1.8V 3.3V. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with ATSAMA5D33. At 536MHz, the CPU operates. The datasheets for 324 pins provide details. In order to transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 1.2V. There is 128kB RAM (Random Access Memory) built in. Users should not supply a microprocessor with more voltage than 1.32V under normalcircumstances. It is recommended to feed the CPU microprocessor with a voltage of 1.08V. The CPU programs, transfers data by 160 I/Os. The CPU has memory sized 160kB. An example of a 2 counter can be found here.
