With a packing size of 289-TFBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Identify the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. The SAMA5D2 series contains it. The CPU is cored with a ARM? Cortex?-A5 processor. It has LPDDR1, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, QSPI RAM controllers. Featuring I2C, SMC, SPI, UART, USART, QSPI interfaces, this microprocessor can better serve you. 3.3V is the I/O speed of this CPU. The type MICROPROCESSOR, RISC belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Search ATSAMA5D27 for variants of the embedded microprocessor. There are 289 terminations totally. Using a 1.8V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run.
