Packed in 217-LFBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. To serve better this microprocessor features EBI/EMI, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, SSC, UART/USART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Use AT91SAM9G35 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. There are 217 terminations totally. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1V. This microprocessor has an architecture of 32 bits.
