As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 6 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 13MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator.
