As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 6 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock.
