AS3642-ZWLT Overview
In order to save board space, the led driver uses the 6-UFBGA, WLCSP package. In this LED driver, there are 1 outputs.As a mounting method, Surface Mount is used.As a result, it appears as a DC DC Regulator with a high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.The led light driver is capable of operating at the operating temperature of -30°C~85°C TA.Camera Flash has significant advantages.The system operates at a frequency of 4MHz.In the absence of a voltage supply of at least 2.7V, undetermined failures may occur.There is a voltage output of 2.8V~4.7V.The supply voltage is optimized to offer a maximum value of 4.5V.
