APX809-40SAG-7 Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. Surface Mount mounts IC management. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA .
