This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Cut Tape (CT)-packaging is used. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 20μA is the recommended value. The power management monitors 4 inputs at once.
