A packaging method of Bulk is used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Using a 14.5V~15.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This device is designed with a IGBT gate type.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~85°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration starts with 18 terminations.The mount method is Through Hole.During design, it is configured with 18 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.Its subcategory of Peripheral Drivers contains various useful electronic components.There are 18 component pins on the board.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 1200V.For its basis, 4 outputs are integrated.Using its power supply of 15V, it provides solutions to diverse power supply problems.
