AP1025BEN Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 3V~5.5V.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -30°C~150°C TJ to function normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including General Purpose, Stepper Motors.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.The acceptable maximum value of operating temperature is 150°C so as to avoid excessive costs.Keeping operating temperatures within -30°C is the minimum acceptable value in order to prevent excessive operating expenses.
