AOZ1950DI Overview
It saves board space with the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The LED driver's design uses 1 outputs.We are using Surface Mount as the mounting method.With high efficiency, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator.-40°C~85°C TA is the operating temperature and it works fine.Backlight benefits significantly from the program.On the basis of the frequency 800kHz, it operates.Under 2.7V voltage supply, undetermined failures may occur.Surface Mount has been mounted with the device.In this case, 5.5V is acceptable.A 53V volt output voltage is provided by this device.Optimally, it provides a voltage value of 5.5V for the maximum supply voltage.A stable operating temperature of 85°C is required.The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C so as to realize stable operation.This LED driver belonging to the EZBoost? series is a key component for a broad range of applications.
