As an op amp's input capacitance parameter, CI, is defined as the capacitance between the input terminals when one input is grounded, this device's maximum input capacitance is 5500pF @ 15V.Devices can conduct a maximum continuous current of 3 amps in the drain area, so the continuous drain current (ID) for this device is 17A amps.Voltage at the gate-source terminal of a FET transistor, called the gate-source voltage, or VGS, can be 20V.The DS breakdown voltage should be maintained above 30V to maintain normal operation.Operating this transistor requires a 30V drain to source voltage (Vdss).This device uses no drive voltage (4V 10V) to reduce its overall power consumption.
