In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with AM5718. Total terminations are 760. With a 1.15V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. Please refer to the datasheets for 760 pins functions.
