The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 324-LFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Identify the operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ. This is a member of the Sitara? series. With a core count of ARM? Cortex?-A8, this CPU is multicore. A CPU with this architecture uses LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. 1.8V 3.3V is the I/O speed of this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. AM3357 is a good way to search for variants of the microprocessor. The total number of terminations is 324. Using a 1.1V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. There are 32 bits in its architecture. There is 275MHz frequency set for the CPU.
